[origin: EP1569250A2] The transformer (1) has a housing (3) for receiving a coil. A conductor (6) is lead from the electrical apparatus through the housing. The housing has at least one fixing piece (16) forming a latching or snap-connection to the electrical apparatus. The housing may e partially open on the switchgear side, and closed off by the electrical apparatus. An independent claim is included for an arrangement comprising an instrument transformer and an electrical apparatus.
