Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2848663A1] Position sensor has a circular magnetic track formed by a series of magnetic field generating elements distributed evenly in P pairs over 360degrees so that they have mechanical period, T, of 360degreesdivideP. The track is detected by 2n detection cells which deliver corresponding phase shifted electronic signals that are connected to signal processing means. The signal processing means have means for extracting analogue differential signals and means for extracting signal pulses with a spacing of Tdivide2n.
