Abstract (en)
The device has a cover (1) that closes an opening of a container. An application unit is connected to a portion (28) of a rod by an articulation zone (27). A spring (7) is arranged in a manner to constrain the articulation zone in such a manner that the articulation zone be brought back for making a non-null angle with respect to a longitudinal axis of the portion of the rod. An independent claim is also included for utilization of a skin care and make up product applying device.

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application d'un produit cosmétique (37) comportant: un récipient (22) comportant une ouverture (60); un capuchon (1) destiné à fermer l'ouverture (60) du récipient, le capuchon (1) étant relié à un organe d'application (3) par une tige (2) et un moyen de rappel élastique (7), la tige comportant une première portion (28) présentant un axe longitudinal (X1), caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'application (3) est relié par une zone d'articulation (27) à ladite première portion, et en ce que les moyens de rappel élastique (7) sont agencés de manière à contraindre la zone d'articulation (27) de sorte que l'organe d'application (3) soit amené à former un angle non nul relativement audit axe longitudinal (X1). <IMAGE>
