Abstract (en)
A sheet metal holder presents pre-cut flat sheets of metal to a bending press (1). The holder has a manipulator (11) to grip and lift the sheet metal components (3) by e.g. suction or magnetic pads (15) operated by an electronic control system. The assembly further incorporates an opto-electroic measuring system (16) to determine the position of the sheet metal components, and a transparent panel (19) within a surrounding rigid frame (17). Also claimed is a commensurate operating process.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Blechaufnahmesystem (2) für die Teileaufnahme und Beschickung einer Blechbiegemaschine, insbesondere einer Abkantpresse (1), umfassend zumindest einen Manipulator (11) zum Ergreifen und Bewegen von Bleichteilen (3) mit einem mit Greifmitteln (15) bestückten Greiferkopf (13), eine elektronische Steuervorrichtung zur Steuerung der Bewegung des Manipulators (11) sowie ein Messsystem zur Lagebestimmung der Blechteile (3). Das Messsystem wird durch eine optoelektronische Messvorrichtung (16), insbesondere ein Bilderfassungsmittel, und eine Durchlichtplattform (17) gebildet. Ein Verfahren zum Aufnahme von Bleichteilen (3) von einem Blechstapel und Positionierung der Blechteile (3) in einer Blechbiegemaschine unter Verwendung des Blechaufnahmesystems (2) der Erfindung wird ebenfalls beschrieben. <IMAGE>
