Abstract (en)
The device has a wall (3) rotatable relatively to another wall around a rotational axis (7). The wall (3) has a peripheral edge (51) having a portion that is in watertight engagement with an inner surface of a housing, when the wall (3) is rotated around the axis. The wall delimits an outlet orifice (14) for permitting distribution of a cosmetic product in response to a decrease of an angular gap defined between the walls. An independent claim is also included for an assembly including two product distributing devices.

Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit cosmétique, notamment de maquillage et/ou de soin, comportant un récipient (2) formant au moins un logement (4) apte à recevoir le produit, ledit logement comportant une première paroi (6) définissant au moins en partie une surface intérieure (5) dudit logement, et une deuxième paroi (3) mobile en rotation relativement à la première paroi autour d'un axe de rotation (7), le déplacement en rotation de la deuxième paroi autour dudit axe permettant une diminution d'un écart angulaire (100) défini entre ces deux parois, la deuxième paroi présentant un bord périphérique (51) dont au moins une portion est en engagement étanche avec la surface intérieure (5) lors de son déplacement en rotation autour dudit axe, et la deuxième paroi délimitant au moins un orifice de sortie (14) pour permettre, en réponse à la diminution de l'écart angulaire, une distribution du produit selon un flux de direction distincte de celle de l'axe de rotation. <IMAGE>
