Abstract (en)
the method involves drawing the air out of the bottle which escapes as the liquid is introduced into the bottle through the resulting air displacement in the bottle. Independent claim describes a device where a filler pipe (7) for the liquid and a vent pipe (4) for the displaced air are introduced into the bottle. To open and close the lower openings of the two pipes these are displaceable coaxial relative to each other. The inner pipe has at the bottom in the opening area a valve plate (5) for closing the opening at the bottom of the outer tube.

Ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Abfüllen von Flüssigkeiten, nämlich Wein, Spirituosen oder Säfte in Flaschen 1 sieht vor, daß während des Einleitens der Flüssigkeit in die Flasche 1 durch die dadurch entstehende Luftverdrängung in der Flasche 1 die Luft synchron entweicht. Dadurch wird der Wein schonend abgefüllt, ohne daß dem Wein die natürliche Kohlensäure sowie die Aromastoffe entzogen werden. <IMAGE>
