The device (1) has a primary air connection (22) for incoming primary air, a room air inlet (31) and a supply air outlet (36) as well as a heat exchanger (28). An air conveyor device (33) is connected in downstream of the heat exchanger and the air supply outlet is connected in downstream of the air conveyor. The air conveyor is a ventilator. Independent claim describes method for heating, cooling and ventilating a room whereby room air and/or when required primary air is supplied to the heat exchanger and then air can be conveyed optionally further on into the room.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine raumlufttechnische Einrichtung (1) zum Heizen, Kühlen und/oder Belüften eines Raumes (17), mit einem Primärluftanschluss (22) für angelieferte Primärluft, einem Raumlufteinlass (31) und einem Zuluftauslass (36), und mit einem Wärmetauscher (28), dem Raumluft vom Raumlufteinlass (31) und/oder bedarfsabhängig/optional Primärluft vom Primärluftanschluss (22) zuführbar ist und dem stromabwärts eine Luftfördereinrichtung (33) nachgeschaltet ist, wobei stromabwärts von der Luftfördereinrichtung (33) der Zuluftauslass (36) liegt. <IMAGE>
