The aid has an integrated microphone (1) with an electronics unit for acquiring and processing sound signals. The microphone has an adapter connector (5) fixed to the microphone, where the plug is sized and configured to directly connect the device to a jack plug of an audio system. The microphone wirelessly transmits signals received via the connector to receive part which is attached to an otoplastic of a wearer.

Taschenhörgeräte sollen komfortabler gestaltet werden. Hierzu ist zum einen vorgesehen, dass zwischen dem Mikrofonteil und dem Hörerteil eine drahtlose Kommunikationsverbindung hergestellt wird. Daher verfügt die Mikrofoneinrichtung des Taschenhörgeräts über einen entsprechenden Elektronikteil (1) und eine Antenne (4), die gleichzeitig als Halteklemme verwendbar ist. Um andererseits zur Einspeisung von externen Signalen auf eine Kabelverbindung verzichten zu können, weist die Mikrofoneinrichtung ferner einen Adapterstecker (5) auf, mit dem sie unmittelbar beispielsweise an ein Schulungsgerät, eine Stereoanlage oder ein Mobilfunktelefon angesteckt werden kann.
