[origin: WO03034822A2] The invention relates to novel powdery active ingredient formulations consisting of at least one active ingredient which is solid at room temperature, at least one dispersing agent, polyvinyl alcohol, and optionally additives. The individual active ingredient particles are coated with a layer of polyvinyl alcohol and are in an amorphous state, and the diameters of said individual particles are in the nanometer range. The invention also relates to a method for producing said novel formulations, the use of the same for applying the active ingredients contained therein, and a device for carrying out the production method.
