Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2004047890A1] The invention relates to a syringe (50) filled with an active agent (50) and having an injection needle (37), said syringe being displaceable in a receiving part (16) by the tension of a spring. A transmission part (5) displaceable by at least one spring (11) traverses a first partial path (54) for sticking the injection needle (37) and a second partial path (55) for emptying the active agent. The at least one spring (11) acts between the transmission part (5) and an intermediate part (10) and another spring (9) acts between the intermediate part (10) and a supporting part (8) that is fixedly connected to the receiving part (16). An indicating device (12) that is visible from the outside is connected to the intermediate part (10). The indicating device (12) that is visible through a transparent part (51) moves only during the second partial course and traverses a path (56) that is substantially smaller than the sum of both partial strokes.
