[origin: WO2004057275A2] The invention relates to a method for minimising the error of a measurable quantity, in particular a measured signal by filtering with the aid of a variable bandwidth filter. The inventive method consists in adjusting the bandwidth on the base of a physical criterion inherent to said method in such a way that signal modifications related to noise are recognisable as soon as possible.
