Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2848670A1] The standardised micro-component (4) consists of a substrate (1) with at least one thin deposited layer (2) containing components with a first level of fluorescence, and at least one isolated zone (2a) with a second, lower level of fluorescence. The deposited layer also has at least one aperture (3) in it defining a third level of fluorescence which is lower than the first two and corresponds to the fluorescence level of the substrate, being at least ten times and up to 100 times lower than the first and second levels. The thin deposited layer is a fluorescent material such as a light-sensitive resin, and the substrate is of a material selected from silicium, synthetic silica, quartz, plastic and glass.
