[origin: WO2004055748A1] The invention relates to a method and to a device for pre-booking and for issuing entrance tickets or parking tickets, flight tickets and/or travel tickets by means of dispensing machines based on local, systemic and temporal separation of the selection step (ordering, acceptance and EDP storage) of the issuing of the entrance or parking tickets, flight tickets and/ travel tickets and the invoicing thereof. The orders taken via the telephone (2) or internet are stored by the order receiving office (8) in the central EDP (10). Extremely simple dispensing machines, which are placed in highly frequented locations and which are connected to the central EDP (10) via data links (13, 16, 30), are used to issue the pre-ordered entrance tickets, flight tickets and/or travel tickets. The user is identified by means of an electronically readable card on particular dispensing machine. The device tracks the pre-booking, initiates the immediate printing thereof and invoices without using cash either directly (service provider 15) or indirectly (third party vendor cards 31).
