Abstract (en)
Electrodeposition of zinc phosphate or zinc calcium phosphate on metal substrates comprises adding zinc and/or calcium carbonate to an acidic electrolyte. An independent claim is also included for an acidic electrolyte for electrodeposition of zinc phosphate or zinc calcium phosphate on metal substrates, comprising zinc and/or calcium ions and carbonate ions.

Um ein Verfahren zur galvanischen Abscheidung von Zinkphosphat oder Zink-Calcium-Phosphatschichten bereitzustellen, welches die Probleme der Gleichgewichtsverschiebung sowie Phosphatschlammbildung und damit einhergehender geringen Standzeit der Elektrolyten zu überwinden vermag, wird vorgeschlagen, dem Elektrolyten Carbonate zuzusetzen.
