Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1574916A2] The tourbillon has one frame (A) containing a balance (1), an escape wheel (2) and an escape pinion (3). The frame is in rotation along one axis (A1) and assembled in another frame (B) rotating around another axis (A2). The frame (B) is assembled in a third frame (C) rotating around a third axis (A3) and fixed with respect to a clock piece. The three axes (A1-A3) are perpendicular to each other.
