Abstract (en)
A rotation operating device includes a base, a rotating body supported on the base, a lid member which has a through hole for controlling the center of rotation of the rotating body and is fixed to the base, and engaging portions constructed with combinations of concave grooves which are formed between the base and the lid member and projections which can be fitted into the concave grooves. The engaging portions are radially provided at substantially equal angles in three directions around the center of rotation of the rotating body. <IMAGE>
