Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2849450A1] The production of a I-III-VIy composite in thin films by electrochemistry, where y is close to 2 and VI is an element containing selenium, comprises: (a) providing an electrolysis bath containing active selenium, of a degree of oxidation IV, as well as at least two electrodes; and (b) applying a potential difference between the electrodes to favor a migration of the active selenium to one of the electrodes and start the formation of at least one thin film of I-III-VIy. The process also includes a stage of regeneration of the selenium in the active form in the bath, to augment the life of the electrolysis bath.
