[origin: FR2845488A1] Optical device (12) comprises a front face arranged opposite to a sample to be observed and a rear face aligned facing an image acquisition unit (18, 19) or user. An arrangement of four aligned lenses is also provided. The lenses are a plano-convex lens, a divergent meniscus lens, a plano-concave lens and a bi-convex lens. The plano-convex and plano-concave lenses have planar and convex and concave faces respectively.
