[origin: WO2004055304A1] A vehicle door opening/closing device in which attached to a door are the cylinder body of a cylinder lock having a rotor adapted to turn in response to a key operation, and the casing of a door lock device having a door lock lever shaft to turn in response to the turning of the rotor, and designed to switch between the locked and unlocked states in response to the turning of the door lock lever shaft. In the vehicle door opening/closing device, a turn transmission member (15) having flexibility is disposed between the cylinder lock (11) and the door lock device (13) in such a manner as to transmit the turning force from the rotor to the door lock lever shaft in a twist motion in response to the turning of the rotor. This makes it possible to increase the degree of freedom of relative disposition of the cylinder lock and the door lock device while dispensing with a protector for preventing unauthorized access from outside.
