Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1577485A1] The roller shutter (18), with slats (19), rides in guide rails (1) on both sides at the wall surfaces facing the window opening. The roll drum (17) rides on bearings (16) at both sides, on bearing mountings (3) attached to the guide rails by straps (4). The upper end of the shutter is attached to the winding drum by leaf springs (21). Limit stops (7) are fitted to the bearing carriers, over the winding drum, on a projection of the plane through a lowered shutter so that, if the shutter is pushed upwards, the upper end of the shutter slides through the leaf springs against the limit stops so that a forced entry is prevented.
