Abstract (en)
The device has a sealing disc (20) delimiting a support surface (21) on a locking ring of the neck of a container and a support surface (22) pressing a stopper (40). The respective contact properties of the surfaces cause, when the stopper applies pressure (P) on the disc, a connection by rotation of the disc and the neck at the surface (21) level and a contact sliding between the disc and the stopper at the surface (22) level. The sealing disc (20) delimits the impermeable support surface (21) on a side to be turned towards the locking ring of the neck of the container and delimits the support surface (22) on an opposite side. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a glass container (B) a process of manufacturing of a corking device.

Ce dispositif de bouchage (1) comporte un bouchon amovible (40) de fermeture du col (2) du récipient (3) et un disque d'étanchéité (20) plaqué en appui étanche sur le buvant (4) du col par le bouchon. La pièce d'étanchéité (20) délimite, sur son côté destiné à être tourné vers le buvant, une première surface (21) d'appui étanche sur le buvant et, du côté opposé, une seconde surface (22) d'appui pressant du bouchon (40), les propriétés de contact respectives de ces première et seconde surfaces d'appui étant aptes à provoquer, lors de l'application d'un effort de pression (P) sur la pièce d'étanchéité par le bouchon, une liaison en rotation de la pièce d'étanchéité et du col au niveau de la première surface d'appui (21) et un contact glissant entre la pièce d'étanchéité et le bouchon au niveau de la seconde surface d'appui (22). Application au bouchage de récipients en verre ou en un matériau fragile analogue. <IMAGE>
