Abstract (en)
A winch drive unit forms part of a paper or carton making assembly. The winch has a quill drive motor (2) with a pulley wheel (5). The motor has a housing (9) around a rotor coupled to the pulley wheel by a spigot (4) from hub (15) to motor shaft (3). The pulley wheel is fully supported by the hollow shaft bearing in the housing. The pulley wheel is a cylinder open at one end that has an internal diameter larger than the motor housing outer diameter. Also claimed is a winch powered conveyer system that transports wet or dry paper from a paper making process to a further process stage.

Es wird eine Seilantriebsvorrichtung (1) mit mindestens einem Elektromotor und mindestens einer Seilscheibe (5) zum Antrieb mindestens einer rotierbar angeordneten Bahnführungsvorrichtung für eine trockene oder nasse, laufende Materialbahn über ein Seil beschreiben, bei der der Elektromotor ein Hohlwellenmotor (2) mit einem Gehäuse (9) und einem in dem Gehäuse (9) angeordneten und mit der Hohlwelle (3) verbundenen Rotor ist, wobei die Seilscheibe (5) durch einen an ihrer Nabe (15) angeordneten und formschlüssig in die Hohlwelle (3) greifenden Verbindungszapfen (4) direkt mit dem Hohlwellenmotor (2) verbunden ist, sowie eine Maschine zur Behandlung einer trockenen oder nassen Materialbahn, insbesondere aus Papier oder Karton, mit mindestens einer von einer derartigen Seilantriebsvorrichtung (1) über ein Seil angetriebenen, rotierenden Bahnführungsvorrichtung. <IMAGE>
