[origin: EP1580366A2] Vehicle lock (1) comprises a control unit (7) having a normal state in which an inner actuating chain (5) and an outer actuating chain (6) are coupled with an actuating lever (4). The inner actuating chain and/or the outer actuating chain can be decoupled from the actuating lever using the control unit. Preferred Features: The inner actuating chain and/or the outer actuating chain are positioned with respect to the lever so that the one chain is not moved with the other chain during actuation of the lever using the other chain.
