Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1580837A1] The device has layers deposited on a silicon substrate (2) in which an antenna (5) is formed. A collector screen is formed within the layers, and collects currents induced between the antenna and the substrate. The screen has a main branch that is connected to a fixed potential, and secondary branches that are connected to the main branch so that the screen presents a tree-like structure. An independent claim is also included for an integrated circuit structure comprising a substrate layer.
