[origin: WO2004058573A1] The invention relates to a packaging machine path (2) for producing and filling deep-drawn packaging cavities, made of a plastic film (3), comprising at least one deep-drawing station (6), at least one filling station and a device (1) which is arranged between the above-mentioned stations for impinging a gaseous or volatile substance upon the packaging cavities. Said substance has a boiling or a sublimation point of < 10 DEG C, preferably < -5 DEG C, more particularly < -10 DEG C, and a temperature of < 3 DEG C, preferably < -50 DEG C, more particularly < -100 DEG C at atmospheric pressure. Said substance is preferably a liquid gas and/or an inert gas.
