Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2004063507A1] The invention relates to a mounting unit for a window or a door, said unit comprising a frame (1) on which a leaf or wing is held (2). According to the invention, said leaf (2) can be displaced from a closed position to a parallel knockout position by means of a curve guiding mechanism (8), and can then be pivoted from the parallel knockout position into a rotary opening position, about a vertical axis (3). According to the invention, at least one upper horizontal guiding mechanism (20) is provided on the upper side of the leaf (2), and at least one lower horizontal guiding mechanism (20) is provided on the lower side of the leaf (2), said guiding mechanisms being arranged inside the frame (1) when the leaf (2) is closed, and being used to guide said leaf. In this way, the mounting unit can be mounted inside the frame (1) and enables the leaf (2) to be reliably pushed out and pivoted, with a compact structure.
