[origin: FR2849683A1] The wheel has an annular unit (26) placed radially internal to the wheel having a fixing unit on a crankshaft. The fixing unit is connected by two radial arms (28) diametrically opposed to an annular mass (30). The radial arms define an axis of oscillation of the wheel perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the wheel, where arms have a predetermined angular position relative to the crankshaft.
