[origin: EP1582318A1] The knife has a back (9) and a turned front (10). A clamp is provided and connected to a cutting edge. A cutting plane (8) runs parallel to the back and front and is under a pointed wedge angle (14) with the cutting edge parallel to it. The surface is polished with a surface roughness depth between 1 and 10 micro meters. The side of the wedge angle surface (12) is turned away on from the cutting edge. Part of the measuring is exposed forming a non- adhesive surface (19) with a surface roughness depth between 50 and 600 micrometers.
