Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a sealing assembly, particularly for sealing container openings, a sealing cap assembly using such sealing assembly, a container being sealed by such sealing assembly or being closed by such a sealing cap assembly, respectively, and a method for manufacturing a sealing assembly. The sealing assembly according to the present invention comprises at least a first film (2) and a second film (3). The at least first and second films are adjacent to each other. The film comprises an aperture (5) forming a through-hole, and at least a portion (6) of the edge of the aperture forms a wiping edge.
