Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1582671A1] The gear mechanism is mounted outside the armature groove in the mortise space of the door/window wing, and comprises a housing (2) mounted on a profile section of the casement frame, for receiving a drive pinion (5) and a sliding member (3) connected to it. The sliding member is moved along the armature groove and is couplable to a drive rod for synchronous sliding movement.
