Abstract (en)
The hearing aid to be fitted inside the ear has a housing and an antenna device having a dominant transmission direction. The antenna is arranged in the housing such that the dominant transmission direction for a state of the hearing aid attached to or fitted in a first ear of the patient is directed essentially towards the second ear of the patient. Preferably, the antenna is mounted on a mounting plate at an angle of between 10 and 40 deg. to the plate perpendicular.

Zwischen den IdO-Hörgeräten bei binauraler Versorgung soll eine energiesparende Kommunikation ermöglicht werden. Daher ist vorgesehen, eine Antennenvorrichtung (AS) mit bevorzugter Übertragungsrichtung in dem Hörgerätegehäuse derart anzuordnen, dass die bevorzugte Übertragungsrichtung in einem an oder in das erste Ohr des Patienten angebrachten bzw. eingesetzten Zustand des Hörgeräts im Wesentlichen zu dem zweiten Ohr des Patienten weist. Damit ist gewährleistet, dass die Übertragungsrichtungen der beiden Hörgeräte im eingesetzten Zustand im Wesentlichen auf einer Geraden liegen, so dass eine optimale Übertragung erzielt werden kann.
