Abstract (en)
The system has a press (3) comprising a series of posts for progressively shaping a sheared strip (1) under form of a profile (2). The posts presenting a determined spacing are disposed between a strip supply inlet (4) and a profile outlet (6). The outlet is associated to a profile processing unit that comprises a welding unit (11) and a cutting unit (12) which cuts profile into sections.

Ce système de formage à froid d'un profilé (2) à partir d'une bande de tôle (1), est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une presse (3) comportant une succession de postes de formage progressif de la bande sous la forme du profilé, présentant un pas déterminé, entre une entrée (4) d'alimentation de la bande associée à des moyens d'alimentation (5) de cette bande (1) par pas et une sortie (6) du profilé. <IMAGE>
