Abstract (en)
The cart has an insulating case (2) accessible through a door and delimiting a compartment (5) equipped with a support (6), in superposed position of a meal tray. A chillness producing unit (10) produces chillness at the interior of the compartment and includes a closed container (11) having cooling medium e.g. glycol water. The container delimits a solid carbon dioxide reception bag (14) having a sprue equipped with an obturation unit.

L'invention concerne un chariot isotherme comportant : une enveloppe isolante (2) accessible par au moins une porte (3) et délimitant au moins un compartiment fermé (5) muni intérieurement de moyens (6) de support en position superposée de plateaux-repas, des moyens (10) de production de froid à l'intérieur du compartiment comportant au moins un bac de réception de CO2, adapté pour refroidir un fluide réfrigérant, et des moyens de remise en température des plateaux-repas. Selon l'invention, le chariot comporte au moins un réservoir fermé (11) contenant statiquement le fluide réfrigérant et interposé entre le bac de réception (14) et un compartiment (5) pour jouer le rôle de tampon thermique. <IMAGE>
