Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2004067363A1] The assembly tool (10) for a manipulating device (12) serves for the positioning of a chassis component (14) on a vehicle chassis (16) with generation of a bearing contact, whereby said assembly tool (10) is provided with a grip mechanism (18) and a positioning mechanism (20) and said positioning mechanism (20) is suitable for exerting a bearing force on the chassis component (14). The positioning mechanism (20) has at least one forming element (22), the component contact surface (24) of which is shaped to match a required component shape, in order to generate a bearing contact between the chassis component (14) and the vehicle chassis (16) which is suitable for fixing.
