Abstract (en)
The head has a body with an actuating unit (30) movable with respect to a mounting hoop (20). A closer placed in a conduit has a portion (52) to be displaced based on command from the actuating unit between a position in which the portion is stopped against the hoop and another position in which the portion is at a distance from the hoop such that the closer moves away from a support surface (43) under an effect of pressure of product. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a product packaging and distribution assembly (B) utilization of the product packaging and distribution assembly for distributing a cosmetic or care product.

La présente invention concerne une tête de distribution d'un produit fluide, destinée à être montée sur un récipient, la tête comportant : un corps comportant une frette de montage (20) et un élément d'actionnement (30), mobile par rapport à la frette, pour actionner un organe de distribution prévu sur le récipient ; un conduit (41) apte à communiquer avec le produit à l'intérieur du récipient lors de l'utilisation ; un obturateur (50) disposé dans le conduit (41), l'obturateur étant agencé pour prendre au repos une position d'obturation dans laquelle il repose, par une première portion (51), contre une surface d'appui (43), et pour s'écarter de cette surface d'appui (43) sous l'effet de la pression du produit contenu dans le conduit lors de la distribution du produit, pour former un orifice de distribution (42), l'obturateur revenant en position d'obturation sans rappel élastique. L'obturateur comporte une seconde portion (52 ; 152 ; 252) apte à se déplacer en réponse à une commande de l'élément d'actionnement (30) entre une première position dans laquelle elle est en butée contre la frette et une seconde position dans laquelle elle est à distance de la frette de manière à permettre à l'obturateur de s'écarter de la surface d'appui (43) sous l'effet de la pression du produit. <IMAGE>
