Abstract (en)
The assembly has a pump (150) to withdraw a cosmetic product in a container (2) and to withdraw the product in a storage chamber (55) when a refillable unit (10) is disposed above the container and is separated from the container, respectively. The chamber is formed above a piston (32) of the unit, when the unit is at top end. The unit permits to create a depression in the chamber to fill the chamber with the product. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a refillable unit arranged for being disposed in a removable manner on a container (B) a product distributing method.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble (1) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, comportant : un récipient (2) pour contenir une réserve de produit, une unité rechargeable (10) agencée pour être disposée de façon amovible sur le récipient, l'unité rechargeable comportant : un corps (25) et un piston (32) mobile par rapport au corps et définissant avec celui-ci une chambre de stockage (55) de volume variable pour contenir du produit, cette chambre de stockage (55) étant capable d'être mise en communication fluidique avec le récipient (2) pour son remplissage lorsque l'unité rechargeable (10) est disposée sur le récipient, une pompe (150) capable de prélever du produit dans le récipient lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée dessus et de prélever du produit dans la chambre de stockage (55) lorsque l'unité rechargeable est séparée du récipient, la pompe comportant une chambre de pompage distincte de la chambre de stockage (55). <IMAGE>
