[origin: WO2004065885A1] In order to diagnose obstructions in channels (8) of a micro heat exchanger (1), at least one temperature sensor (9) is externally placed on the micro heat exchanger (1) and an evaluating device (10) is connected to this sensor. Said evaluating device diagnoses an obstruction based on changes in the measured temperature in the event of unchanged entry parameters of the fluids (4, 7) involved in the heat exchange.
