Abstract (en)
The device has a support (5) with magnetic particles (10) dispersed in a molded part, and a product application unit (3). Magnetic field generated by magnetic particles of the application unit can change orientation with respect to magnetic field generated by the particles of the support, when the application unit is rotated with respect to the support to apply the product on a surface to be treated. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method to fabricate a cosmetic product packaging and applying device (B) a method to apply a cosmetic product.
