Abstract (en)
An assembly classifies bulk grains e.g. plastics granules and has a mantle (1) with a first (26) and second (27) sorting zones. The lower sorting zone has an annular air inlet (24) via a throttle gap (23) into a classifying void (26) at a higher level. The classifying void (26) is located under a diverging feed funnel (5) that translates to a tube with parallel sides (17). The cross sectional area of the throttle gap (23) is about 30 to 50 % of that of the annular air inlet (24).

Ein Schüttgut-Sichter weist einen Sichter-Mantel (1) auf, in dem eine erste Sichtzone (26) und eine zweite Sichtzone (27) ausgebildet sind. In die untere zweite Sichtzone (27) tritt Sichtluft aus einem diese umgebenden ringförmigen Luft-Zuführraum (24) über einen Drosselspalt (23) ein und strömt durch diese hindurch in die darüber angeordnete erste Sichtzone (26). <IMAGE>
