Abstract (en)

[origin: CA2512150A1] A one-pack hardening paste material for use in a method of performing mechanical mixing dispersion of a paste material and a low-pressure gas to thereby produce a foaming material and carrying out discharge and expansion of the foaming material, from which a hardened product with dense uniform close d cells can be obtained by the use of a foaming machine suitable for performin g of the method. In particular, a one-pack hardening paste material exhibiting viscosity characteristics included in the zone defined by, in the graph of Fig. 1 showing the relationship between shear rate and apparent viscosity, points A and B at which the apparent viscosity (measured by Brookfield rotar y viscometer using spindle No. 7 at 2 rpm and 20~C) in low shear rate region (0.43 sec-1) falls within the range of 50 to 30,000 poises and points C and D at which the apparent viscosity (measured by apparent viscosity meter according to JIS K2220 at 20~C) in high shear rate region (783 sec-1) falls within the range of 20 to 2000 poises.
