Abstract (en)
The stabilizing casing (40) and the socket (20) are integrally connected. Their connection permits axial resilient movement of casing with the refill tube (KM). Between inner wall of the hollow socket and outer wall of the casing, up to the connection (50) there is an intermediate surrounding space. Flexural rigidity of the connection is less than that of the casing and/or of the socket. Casing and intermediate space are concentric with the socket central axis (M) : The initial casing section (40c) extends out from its first end (40a), its inner wall surrounding the refill when assembled. As a third section (40e) extends to the second casing end (40b) from the first section it widens in the form of a blunt conical section. Further details of the design are provided. The casing and socket are made of the same, or of differing plastics. The processes used are injection molding or coextrusion respectively. A connection is made between the socket and the refill by melting or hot adhesion. An independent claim is included for the method of manufacture.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schreibspitzenhalterung (10), die aus einer zur Verbindung mit einem Stiftkörper vorgesehenen oder bei entsprechender Verlängerung den Stiftkörper bildenden Fassung (20) und einer Stabilisierungshülse (40) besteht. Die Stabilisierungshülse (40) ist über eine Verbindung (50) einstückig mit der Fassung (20) verbunden und ist aus dem gleichen Material wie die Fassung (20) oder aus einem zu dem Material der Fassung (20) unterschiedlichen, insb. elastischeren Material hergestellt. <IMAGE>
