Abstract (en)

The system has a functional unit for the production of hoses or bags. An orientation unit piles the hoses and the bags which reduces deviations of the edges of the stacked hoses and bag. The palletizing device places the piles down (11) on the pallet. The orientation unit is positioned over an orientation table equipped with bending devices to bend the pile (11).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zur Herstellung und anschließenden Palettierung von Schlauchabschnitten, Beuteln oder Säcken, welches die folgenden Merkmale aufweist: zumindest eine Funktionseinheit zur Herstellung der Schlauchabschnitte, Beutel oder Säcke, zumindest eine Ablage- und Stapelvorrichtung, welche die fertiggestellten Schlauchabschnitte, Beutel oder Säcke ablegt und stapelt, zumindest ein Speicherelement wie eine Palette, in dem die Stapel (11) abgelegt werden. Die vorliegende Erfindung zeichnet sich insbesondere durch zumindest eine Ausrichteinheit (4) für die Stapel (11) der Schlauchabschnitte, Beutel oder Säcke aus, welche die gegenseitigen Abweichungen der Kanten der Schlauchabschnitte, Beutel oder Säcke verringert. <IMAGE>
