The blade has a blade root (7), a platform (9) and a free standing blade profile (13) with a profile tip (15), serially arranged along a blade axis (5). The blade profile has a curved inlet-side surface (23) and a curved pressure side surface (21), opposed to the inlet side surface. The blade profile has platform-near, mid and far profile regions (27, 29, 31) which continuously blend into each other in the direction of the blade axis.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verdichterschaufel (1) mit einem Schaufelfuß (7), einer Plattform (9) und einem freitragenden Schaufelprofil (13) mit einer Profilspitze (15), die entlang einer Schaufelachse (5) aufeinander folgend angeordnet sind, wobei das Schaufelprofil (13) eine gekrümmte Saugseitenfläche (23) sowie eine der Saugseitenfläche (23) gegenüberliegende gekrümmte Druckseitenfläche (21) aufweist, wobei das Schaufelprofil (13) in Richtung der Schaufelachse (5) kontinuierlich ineinander übergehende plattformnahe, mittlere und spitzennahe Profilbereiche (27, 29, 31) aufweist. Um eine Verdichterschaufel (1) anzugeben, die bezüglich des Wirkungsgrades besonders gute Eigenschaften aufweist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass im Längsschnitt durch die Verdichterschaufel (1) der Abstand (A) der Druckseitenfläche (21) zur Saugseitenfläche (23) in den spitznahen Profilbereichen (31) sich jeweils in Richtung der Profilspitze (15) vergrößert. <IMAGE>
