[origin: EP1591734A1] The method involves acquiring value of humidity of air, and calculating an average value if the number of acquired value is sufficient otherwise the acquiring step is repeated. Information representing absence of water in a water storage compartment (7) is transmitted to user and/or automatic refilling action is performed and the above steps are repeated if the average value for predetermined minutes is below acceptable value. The humidity value acquiring step and the average value calculating step are repeated if the average value for predetermined minutes in not below the acceptable value.
