Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1591746A1] The vehicle has a cockpit and at the top side over tub an unmanned tower is arranged. Above the tower roof a panoramic display terminal is provided on an azimuthal axis of rotation. The terminal has a glass-optical direct vision equipment and arranged coaxially to this axis of rotation is a bus running by the tower. A viewing channel is connected to the terminal allowing personnel in the cockpit a panoramic view. The tower is movable around 360 degrees in azimuth direction and tiltable. The cockpit has a panoramic display terminal swiveling at a view head. The terminal is mounted on a support bearing ring which pushes the tower in a radial direction to the axis of rotation. The support bearing ring is connected firmly to a tub trim. The support bearing ring has an outer ring that is firmly connected to the tub trim in such a manner, that they can be released and removed from the vehicle with the panorama display terminal being pushed away directly or indirectly.
