The platform (5) can be arranged in an inclined position for the display of several rows (18, 19, 20) of boxes (17) filled with fruit or vegetables. Each row (18, 19, 20) is kept in place by a transversal partition (10) which is automatically swiveled into a flat position when a box(17) is slid across and returned to its prior position by the forces of gravity.
