Abstract (en)
The heel cap (12) of the shoe (10) is only joined to the sole with its lower edge and fitted with two vertically inserted reinforcing elements (1). The elements (1) can be rotated around a transversal axle (14) when a control unit located at the rear of the sole is operated. The control unit is assembled of control element (2) joined with a lever (3) to the reinforcing elements (1) and a locking unit comprising two linear moving parts and a pin. When a weight acts on the control element (2) the pin is clamped in between the locking elements and the lever (3) pulls the heel cap (12) into an upright position.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Zu- und Aufklappen eines Schuhteiles und einen Schuh mit einer solchen Einrichtung. Um beim Schließen eines Schuhs mit auf- und zuklappbaren Schuhteilen ein durch einen Fuß ausgelöstes Zuklappen von Schuhteilen mit geringem Kraftaufwand zu erlauben und so ein Anziehen eines Schuhs zu erleichtern, ist gemäß der Erfindung eine Einrichtung vorgeschlagen, welche ein durch Belastung mit einem Fuß von einer Ausgangsposition in eine Endposition linear verschiebbares Steuerelement (2), ein Rückstellelement, welches das Steuerelement bei Belastungslosigkeit in der Ausgangsposition hält bzw. in diese rückstellt, ein um eine Achse (A) schwenkbares Tragelement (1) für einen Schuhteil und ein Verbindungselement (3), welches Tragelement (1) und Steuerelement (2) koppelt, um eine Linearbewegung des Steuerelementes in eine Schwenkbewegung des Tragelementes (1) umzusetzen, umfasst. <IMAGE>
