Abstract (en)
The apex of the V-recess (16) is formed by a circular eye (19) extending between the main surfaces (11, 12) of the shaft (10). The opening (20) facing the apex has a width (21). Eye diameter exceeds the width. The eye is, or is not, symmetrical about the longitudinal axis of symmetry (S-S) of the shaft. Edges of the eye on both sides of the opening have rounded projections (22). The width is 1.2-2 times the diameter of the sealing thread used with the needle. A longitudinal groove (24) in each main surface extends out along the shaft from the edge (18) facing the holding end of the eye. The groove is tangential to the eye and tapers towards the holder. Its (24) length is 0.8-1.5 times the length of the wedge (15) formed by the main surfaces (11, 12) at the thread-contacting end (14) of the shaft. Width or depth of the groove is 0.4-0.6 times the width (21) of the eye opening. The apex angle of the V-shaped recess (16) running into the eye, is 40-70[deg]. The eye extends out from the wedge and at least partially into the main shaft parallel surfaces.

Der Schaft (10) hat ein Halterungsende (13) und ein Fadenkontaktende (14). Am Fadenkontaktende (14) bildet der Schaft (10) einen Keil (15), der in zwei seitlichen Spitzen (17) ausläuft, zwischen denen sich eine V-förmige Ausnehmung (16) zu einem Scheitel hin erstreckt, an dem eine sich zwischen den Hauptflächen (11) und (12) erstreckende Öse (19) ausgebildet ist, die eine den Spitzen (17) zugewandte Öffnung (20) für den Durchgang des Siegelfadens hat. <IMAGE>
