Abstract (en)

Rail vehicle has a driver's seat and deformable area. An area which cannot be deformed is there to provide a survival space for the driver. The driver's seat is wholly or partly attached outside the survival space on to a structural element. This element is connected to the non-deformable area only, by the floor or one or more walls, and not to the deformable area. The deformable area is in front of, next to and/or underneath the structural element. The driver's control panel is fastened on the structural element. In front of the seat is an impact wall separate from the structural element.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fahrzeug, insbesondere ein Schienenfahrzeug, mit einem Fahrersitz und mit einer Deformationszone. Es ist vorgesehen, dass eine nicht deformierbare Zone vorhanden ist, die einen Überlebensraum für den Fahrer bildet. Der Fahrersitz ist ganz oder teilweise außerhalb des Überlebensraumes auf einem Strukturelement befestigt. Dieses Strukturelement ist nur mit der nicht deformierbaren Zone und nicht mit der Deformationszone direkt verbunden. Die Deformationszone ist vor, neben und/oder unter dem Strukturelement angeordnet.
