Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1593626A1] The sheet feeder has two pairs of suction heads (2, 6), each of which has an upper and a lower suction pad. These are arranged one behind the other and pick up the top sheets of a stack (1), one-by-one and feed them in a continuous stream. Each pair of suction heads is fitted with its own vertical and horizontal drives (5, 9; 12, 15).
